This is an amazing episode. I've only recently found this podcast but so glad I did. As someone who classifies themselves as a manic depressive I think it is really important that mental health is talked about as much as possible. Personally, RPGs have become a light at the end of the tunnel of a shitty week or month. They are something to look forward to with people that I love and want to be around.
